Brief stat and descriptive writeups for four merchantmen and a Navy escort frigate. As written, they represent the kind of convoy a major RT dynasty might be able to assemble. With different fluff (mostly changing the owners) this could also be a convoy made up of the ships of multiple smaller operators. Either way, they could be allies or travelling companions of the players' ship, or they might make a good target for more piratical types.
Quick stat and descriptive writeups of four Chaos-tainted pirate ships. Use all of them as a wolfpack to challenge a lone RT ship, or give them more experienced officers and crews and use them singly or in pairs.
Detailed writeup of the central RT ship in my planned campaign, including stats, physical description, service history, and crew composition. Probably suitable for use as a setting in DH games as well.
The “Spoon Vendetta” of Gun Deck 4.
Battery turret crews tend towards fierce pride and competition. They
name their guns and tally scores over long decades. It is no surprise
then that competition between the hard voidmen and voidwomen if gun
decks can erupt into simmering vendettas and open violence. The crews
of Turret H and Turret K (“Solus Magnum” and “Saint Veronica”
respectively) have kept up their vendetta for over seven decades now,
with no end in sight. The “ground” between them is a no-man’s-land, few
of the rival ratings strays there without a lot of backup, and when
they do glints of naked blades and muzzle flashes of crude automatics
erupt.
An attempt at translating the planetary defense monitor from BFG into RT terms. Most useful as something the PCs have to evade or defeat during an Endeavor rather than a player-owned ship. Purchasing one is within the realm of possibility for a wealthy dynasty, but transporting it to a useful location is likely to be a chore.
So, Acquisition rolls include your influence and pull in Imperial
society. Including asking the local Warmaster if you can borrow one of
his Guard regiments to go kill some natives. So, I wondered, what would
be the appropriate modifier to the Acquistion roll for a Regiment of
Imperial Guard?
