I am aware that Rogue Trader has some comments in it regarding bigger ships. However I am sure that I am not alone for wanting to see the bigger ships of
the Imperial Navy out there.
My favourite ship from BFG was the Repulsive Grand Cruiser, or as I prefer, the
Repulse Grand Cruiser of Loyalist fleets. So here is my take on the venerable
old warhorse.
Here's my attempt at converting the warships of Battlefleet Gothic to Rogue Trader. The ships are listed from smallest to largest. I plan I posting rules
for larger sized (Battlecruiser through Battleship) guns and ship
components at a later date.
So, it seems that the Rogue Trader corebook left out the ship they used in the example. Oops! Believe me, I love this book, but the Starship chapter is more than a little light. And, since it didn't take much work, but I for one don't want to cobble thee stats out each time I need a new ship. So, without further ado, the Firestorm-Class Frigate, striped down and ready for to strike out into the void.
An
ancient design originally intended for establishing new colonies. This
class of vessel has been adapted to everything from cargo hauling and
troop transport to resupply and refit for Explorator/Crusade/Rogue
Trader fleets.
For lovers of hurling things at your enemies I present a sample of weapons used for that function including weapons for higher level Thrown Weapon talents and expanded rules include ones for mono upgrading those weapons.
Have all you primitives, ninja and Morteriat assassins.
