this is another cell spliter i made to be more realistic. you can use v1 or v2 witch ever you chose.   

this is another cell splinter and is heaver and more power full weapon.

range:60m

damage: high 2d10+4 4 meter blast 4 turn recharge. 

low 1d10+5 2 turn recharge. 

pen: high 2d10

low 1d10+1

rof: s/-/-

clip: external power pack with 30 rounds. 

special: folksinger disk to shot on high or low frequency.also try pod and by pod friendly.need to be braced. same training as cell splitter

If you're worried about typos, do note that you can edit your post. Also, if this thing works by manipulating cells, why would it have high pen? It would seem like something that attacks biological material would be bad at cutting through layers of metal, not above average. Might something like 4d10 damage, 0 pen, and armor counts double reflect what you're going for better? You might also consider making it ineffectual, or less effectual against things that aren't biological, like a locked hatch that you're trying to blow through.

avatar the reason it has such a high pen is because if you read how the first one works it also stops all atom activity in the target so it would completely freeze the atoms and reduce the density of the armor. :cheer:
